Are Tathastu Gems Lounge products 100% genuine and certified?
Yes. Every gemstone we sell is sourced from verified, traceable origins and tested at a recognized gemological laboratory before being listed for sale. Each certified gemstone ships with its lab certification report. Our Rudraksha beads are verified through mukhi count inspection, X-ray testing, and traditional water test methods to confirm natural origin.
How can I verify my gemstone's certificate is real?
Each lab certificate includes a unique report number that can be cross-checked with the issuing laboratory. If you have any doubt about your certificate, contact us at +91-9009887770 and our team will help you verify it.
Where do you source your gemstones and Rudraksha from?
Our gemstones are sourced from established mining regions including Sri Lanka, Burma, Colombia, and Madagascar, depending on the stone. Our Rudraksha beads are sourced from Nepal and Java — regions traditionally known for authentic Rudraksha trees.
Do you sell synthetic or treated gemstones?
We sell both natural untreated gemstones and treated gemstones, depending on the product listing. Every product page clearly states the treatment status, and lab certificates disclose any treatment (such as heating) the stone has undergone. We never misrepresent a synthetic or treated stone as untreated natural.
How do I know which gemstone is right for me?
The right gemstone depends on your birth chart and planetary positions according to Vedic astrology. We recommend consulting a qualified astrologer before wearing any gemstone for astrological purposes. Our team can also offer general guidance based on your zodiac sign — call us at +91-9009887770.
Can I wear more than one gemstone at a time?
This depends on planetary compatibility in your birth chart. Some gemstone combinations work well together, while others can conflict. We strongly recommend consulting an astrologer before combining gemstones.
How many Mukhi Rudraksha should I wear?
Each Mukhi (face count) of Rudraksha is associated with different benefits in Vedic tradition — for example, 5 Mukhi is commonly worn for general wellbeing, while 7 Mukhi is associated with wealth and prosperity. How long does it take to see results after wearing a gemstone?
According to traditional belief, effects can vary from a few days to a few weeks depending on the individual and the specific stone. Results are not guaranteed and vary by person.

Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship PAN India to all states and union territories, including remote areas. We currently do not ship internationally.
Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below this amount may have a nominal shipping charge shown at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days within Bhopal, 2–4 days for major metro cities, and 3–8 days for other locations, depending on your courier partner and region. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email that you can use on the courier partner's website.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

Can I return a product I've already worn or energized?
No. Products that have been worn, used, or energized cannot be returned, as is standard practice for spiritual and astrological products.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds to your original payment method are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Yes. Our store is located at 3 Hanuman Mandir Lane, New Market, Bhopal - 462003, Madhya Pradesh. We're open Monday to Saturday, 12 PM to 8 PM. Walk-ins are welcome for in-person consultation.
